This Sunday at the Boat Shed Markets you can meet Richard and Julie Parish, proud owners of Parish Lane Wines. Parish Lane does not have a cellar door and their availability at the market is a great opportunity to learn more about the wines and the hand crafted quality that a personal approach provides.
Parish Lane wines are available at a number of outlets in Albany and Perth and if you miss catching up with Richard and Julie when they visit the Albany Boatshed Markets, please phone or email to find out how you can order their award winning wines.
If you have driven down the Albany Highway from Perth you will have passed the sign to Trevelen Farm Great Southern Wines. Just where the highway descends from the crest that offers the first clear view of the Stirling Ranges and the distant broken nose of Bluff Knoll. This is the Great Southern – and the northern most winery in the Great Southern is Trevelen Farm.
An established, family owned winery with a demonstrated track record of consistent quality, award-winning wines. John and Katie Sprigg will be at the Boat Shed Markets this Sunday for tastings and bottle sales.
If you have ever wondered about Trevelen Farm Great Southern Wines but never stopped – or if you know them well – come down to the markets between 10am and 1 pm this Sunday and have a chat and taste.
The Boat Shed Markets are on the waterfront in Albany and are open every Sunday between 10am and 1pm.
Lange’s vineyard is a family owned and run by Kim and Chelsea, their children Jack Ella and Dylan together with Kim’s parents Don and Maxine. All three generations of the family live on the property at Frankland River and the family has always had a long association with wine grapes in the Frankland River region. The vineyard was planted on an elevated location from clonal material over 20 years ago on a block called Lange’s Place.
The old stock route that was used in the 1800’s adjoins the back of the property and this legacy and history is echoed on the label.
Please come down to the Boat Shed Market this Sunday and taste our wines and meet Kim and Chelsea to learn more about another hidden gem from the Frankland River wine region.
Come down to Boatshed Markets in December, taste some great wine, have a chat to your local wine producers and find a wine that is just perfect to share with friends and family during the festive season.
